The TOC's mission is to holistically transform the lives of the entire family for the betterment of the community and the advancement of the Gospel.
Our approach is to Engage, Equip, Empower and Encourage youth and families at every level - social, spiritual, mental, financial and physical.
About US
The TOC was launched in 2008 as a community outreach ministry of Higher Expectations Church with the vision of restoring hope to youth and families in Northeast Harris County. After many years of serving the community faithful the leaders of HEC prayed and landed on the fact that Transformation Outreach CDC could have a greater impact as community ministry.
This holistic transformation is accomplished through partnership with schools, churches, businesses and para-church organizations. These partnerships with TOC CDC provide the pathway to engage, equip, encourage and empower youth and families to move from striving to thriving in life.
